Create doesn't work with Optifine

Describe the Bug
Whenever I try to boot up the game while Create and Optifine are both in my mods folder, the game crashes right after the loading bar finishes.
Reproduction Steps
- Open the mods folder for Minecraft
- Put in the Create mod
- Put in Optifine
- Open the Minecraft launcher
- Open modded Minecraft (Forge)
- See the Mojang logo and the loading bar as the game is booting up
- The game crashes after about 17 seconds of loading
- The launcher reopens with an error message
Expected Result
The game opens as normal.
