Deployer acting in a moving contraption even though no direct source of rotational force is applied

Describe the Bug

Consider the following Contraption:
A moving contraption consisting of 4 Deployers looking downward, with brass funnels on top. They are connected to a Sticky Mechanical Piston

If rotational force is supplied to the Piston, it will translate over to the Deployers, activating them during the entire transition period.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Build a moving contraption using Deployers
  2. Start the moving contraption

Expected Result

The Deployers should not activate during transit if no direct source of rotational force is supplied.

### Additional Context

I created this contraption in order to build a tree farm for 2x2 Spruce Trees. The unexpected behavior makes it easier to build this farm, but its not how it's supposed to work.

This is a completely 100% intended feature - You can't directly provide power to anything while it's a contraption, so things like deployers and drills still get power when on a contraption so you can make tunnel bores and things like that.
In fact, if you go to the ponder index, there is a section called "Contraption Actors" and it has a list of everything that still does things while on a contraption.

They sadly only do "things", not operate fully, unless something's not working with mechanical bearings. They're listed as contraption actors, but in their ponder, it says they attempt to stabilize when on a contraption.

This is infuriating because I want to generate infinite motion sickness with an x-rotating, y-rotating, and z-rotating mechanical bearing.

That is specifically for mechanical bearings, as you can't really have a contraption on a contraption, just because that's not how the contraption system works.

@flakaby There is a dedicated block called the Turntable whose description reads: Turns Rotational Force into refined Motion Sickness.
Sadly it's not 3-axis...
