Using NBT pick block on a lectern with a linked controller causes a crash

Describe the Bug
When the NBT-preserving pick block control (CTRL-middle-click for me) is used on a lectern containing a linked controller, the game crashes.
Reproduction Steps
- Get a lectern
- Put a linked controller on it
- CTRL-middle-click it (with default keybinds)
Expected Result
Get the lectern with the correctly configured linked controller attached
