Placed Steam Engines are lacking arms.

Reproduction Steps

1. Literally just place a steam engine down.
2. On Forge if that makes a difference.

Expected Result

I expected the arms that come out of the copper part in the item, and every video I've seen.

you are supposed to add shafts to each arm. have you tried that?
