Describe the Bug

I cant get the hose pulley to deploy down to a glass block in a lava generator I am making. I am following Tango Tek (YouTube) Create S2 Ep2 build. When I use the Hand crank, the hose pulley will not move. Just wondering if anyone else has reported this bug. I am in Java edition 1.19.2

Reproduction Steps

1.install fluid pipe route to lava generator
2.install hose pulley
3.install hand crank on hose pulley and rotate. Nothing happens

Expected Result

The Hose pulley should deploy down to the bottom of the glass bed so I can move the lava.
