Bearing contraption stopping when unloading chunks

Describe the Bug
So my bearing contraptions sometimes randomly stop. I think that it's because it's in several chunks, and it get stuck when the contraption is split between loaded and unloaded chunks.
(I use Create fabric 1.18.2)
Reproduction Steps
- Place a working bearing contraption in multiple chunks.
- Unload some chunks in order to have the contraption in unloaded and loaded chunks at once.
- Come back and see it stopped.
Expected Result
The bearing contraption is not moving but is in a moving state (see screenshot).

that is not a create bug. exactly the same happens with redstone in vanilla minecraft.
@drwoops But it may be fixable. The Mojang devteam probably though it wasn't that important to fix the redstone or is extremely incompetent. This doesn't mean we then do the same as well.
