Pick block does not work on girder-encased shafts

Describe the Bug
If you pick block on a girder-encased shaft, nothing happens. This makes sense, given that there is not girder-encased shaft item, but is annoying behavior
Reproduction Steps
- place girder-encased shaft
- middle click on it (or whatever your keybind is) in creative mode
Expected Result
Either pick block choosing a shaft item or a girder item would make sense in this situation.
