Describe the Bug

I made a cart to collect wheat, and it worked well for some time, and then it stopped working- it stays in one place and keeps moving forwards and backwards while being unable to destroy and being very annoying. I tried to mount in own again on cart, but it dost do anything. (I destroyed everything around to show what's wrong)
