Describe the Bug

Sculk sensor and sculk shrieker stop working after they are on a minecart contraption that has been assembled then de-assembled, the sculk sensor will not respond to anything other than walking on top of it, and the shrieker doesn't respond to sensor input (and sometimes the shrieker doesn't respond to walking on it either, as show in the video).
The calatyst still spreads sculk on mob death after assembling and de-assembling.
(Also, sensor tendril animation stops + sculk sensors/shriekers/catalysts don't work on assembled contraptions either, I think they should)

Reproduction Steps

1. Glue a shrieker/sensor to a minecart contraption
2. Assemble it
3. De-assemble it
4. Watch as the sculk sensor/shrieker stop working

Expected Result

I expected them to work while the contraption was assembled and when the contraption was de-assembled
