Crash everytime i start up a developed world

Describe the Bug
Every time i start up an already "developed" (still less than 20-30 player built structures) create refuses to load in the world, at first it will say "generating world" and then after a good 20 seconds to a minute after that the text disappears and the application becomes unresponsive, i've done this multiple times to give you good logs.
Reproduction Steps
1.start up a new world and build in it, at the time of writing i had an elevator to bedrock a kelp, andesite and tree farm.
2. log out of this world
3.try to load the world back in
... the world is now unresponsive and you will fail to load in.
Expected Result
I expected to load the world.
