rapidly changing the speed or direction causes rotational parts to break

Describe the Bug

When you rapidly change the direction with a gearshift, toggle it on and off with the clutch or change its speed with computercraft via the speed controller or clockworks redstone resistor, then parts start breaking off similar to when you connect to parts rotating in opposite directions.

Reproduction Steps

see video
you can use a clutch or redstone resistor in place of the gearshift and the same thing happens

Expected Result

for random parts not to break off my contraptions

Or can you mention the break time in wiki?

commented

I would like it just keep the last speed for a little amount of time rather than break or freeze

working as intended

This is not a bug, this is Create’s tally system for optimization that prevents lag by breaking tile entities that are updating too fast within a short time

As I just fond out as well. I'd make the suggestion that the parts should maybe just stop like they do when overstressed and have a effect to tell you they are fizzling.
