Describe the Bug

I have one big problem. I've been getting one annoying problem for a long time now. Moreover, it is extremely difficult to find the cause, so I still do not understand what became the cause. When starting the world, the problem does not immediately appear, and when the game appears and continues with only the Create mod, the problem does not go away. What is the point - when I walk or stand on blocks glued to such mechanisms as a sticky piston, mechanical bearing, etc., lags occur, which causes the server to sag for a short time, there is a peak on the mstp graph. From such stuttering, using elevators and other things becomes corny impossible or just mentally painful. I'm looking at different mods, but since the cause turned out to be complex, I never figured out which mod in my modpack could be causing this. Do you have rights?
