Items from toolbox autofill stuck in hotbar, after going to other dimension and back

Describe the Bug

I had items from toolbox selected on my hotbar, went to the nether, and back and when i wanted to clear my inventory items kept restocking. "Return items to toolbox" option didn't work propertly

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place tooblox with any items
    2.Select item from toolbox to appear on hotbar
  2. Go to the nether
  3. Come back from nether
  4. Open toolbox gui and press "Return items to toolbox"
    ...

Expected Result

All items that toolbox has come bact to toolbox and don't reapear
Quick solution I found is to empty the toolbox from the item that keeps restocking, and fill it back again
