Rope pulley issue

Describe the Bug
The rope pulley is not responsive at all for no reason even though the piston works. It moves when there isn't a payload but don't move one bit with payload attached
Reproduction Steps
1.Attach pulley to a thing you want to move that is as big (will not stop with it seems to be one block so something like what I built broke it)
2. put a motor at the end and use it either way

Expected Result
No movement of the thing and will not respond to -# or # of rpm. It seems it wants to move but it is suck but it isn't

Currently not understanding why it breaks with my elevator but fine with one block even though it is fre with evidence with the piston
