Cannot reproduce, make sure you are on the correct create version, trains were added in 0.5.0
How exactly did you "not see" the train? For example, a screenshot of you searching in JEI for "train" and nothing comes up? Or a video of a failed train crafting recipe?

On windows press Win+Shift+S to take a screenshot.
You should see these blocks when searching for "train".
And make sure you didn't make a typo while searching.
You're gonna need to give more info? What mods do you have installed? Anything in logs?
Search for some ching chong characters, there is probably a translation for Create in your language.
