So when there is a train in a station that should make it possible to disassemble the train, it should be possible to add new Pieces (eg item vaults) to the train using the stickers. Stickers should (simular to train doors) disattach any part from the train, as soon as the train stops and attach these parts before the train starts

Deploying a wrench onto a train station whilst a train is at that station with assemble and disassemble the train. This, combined with a lot of redstone can achieve what you're thinking of.
