[Create: Atral] Mixer mixing when deployed without power

Describe the Bug
The mixer will continue to mix even after power supply has been cut off.
I am using Create: Astral.
It is a server run on a docker.
Reproduction Steps
- Setup a mixer and basin
- Supply power to the mixer
- Insert resources for a mix
- Cut-off power to the mixer during mixing
- Mixer will continue to mix the whole batch without power
Expected Result
It should stop mixing
