Only one redstone link does this, but if i leave the world i am in and come back, the redstone link permanently either stays off or on, depending on what it was before i left the server. the only way to fix it is to change it twice with a wrench, but I don't want to constantly dig into my walls just to fix that one redstone link. I have made sure it is in-range, and it functions properly until i leave the server and come back.
