Tool Boxes retain half their items when drained from inside a contraption

Describe the Bug
Draining items out of a toolbox on a minecart contraption will end up with roughly half of its items restored at disassembly.
Reproduction Steps
- Build a minecart contraption with a tool box and a portable storage interface, fill the toolbox with at least 2 stacks of an item
- Assemble the contraption and drain the toolbox completely through the PSI
- Disassemble the contraption and check the toolbox again
...
Expected Result
The toolbox should be empty

This dupe bug still exists in the latest version 0.5.1f, as shown in the attached image. It can consistently trigger item duplication.
I want to emphasize that this bug is not related to the Portable Storage Interface. The same issue occurs when using two hoppers to output items. Therefore, the bug appears to be related to entities retrieving items from the Toolbox.
!!! This duplication bug is very serious and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
