Describe the Suggestion

Holding an item in the offhand while you place a filterable device such as a Deployer or Brass Funnel should apply that item as a filter.

For example: I was making a wool farm and needed 16 Brass Funnels placed, each with a Brass Filter set to extract wool. I placed each Funnel, then went back and put a Filter on each one. With this feature in place, I could have held the Brass Filter in my offhand while placing the Funnels and the filter would have been applied automatically.
