Crashing upon shift-click placing a clipboard on tall grass/tall flowers

Describe the Bug
NullPointerException gets thrown when attempting to place a clipboard on the upper-most tile of a tall plant, leading to a crash.
Reproduction Steps
- Acquire clipboard
- Place two high plant of any flavor
- Shift-click clipboard onto upper tile
Expected Result
Minecraft instance will crash
