Scrolling in sliding configuration menu not working

Describe the Bug
When scrolling in a sliding configuration menu, the cursor moves, but the slider does not move with it. When moving the mouse slightly after scrolling, the slider moves.
The slider should move when scrolling with mouse wheel, but the slider stands still.
Bug is present in both fullscreen mode and windowed mode
Reproduction Steps
- Open a sliding configuration menu
- Try scrolling with the mouse wheel while holding the mouse still
Expected Result
Mouse cursor moves, but slider does not move.
