Cannot pick up filters from brass tunnels

Describe the Bug
When you right click to pick up a filter from a brass tunnel, it disappears instead of returning to your inventory.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a filter in a brass tunnel.
- Right click it in survival mode
Expected Result
You should be able to pick up the filter.

Tested it with only create installed to see if it was caused by other mods but it still happened so other mods arent causing it.
