Anvils do not Drop when Broken

Describe the Bug

When an anvil is broken by a drill or even a deployer with a pickaxe it does not drop and just disappears. Even a deployer with a netherite silk touch pickaxe fails to make it drop and the inventory of the deployer remains empty. This happens both in versions 0.5.0i and 0.5.1b.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place down a drill attached to a creative motor.
  2. Place an anvil in front of the drill.
  3. Anvil will break but no anvil is dropped, it just disappears entirely from the game as glass does.
  4. Check with any normal block and the drill will break the block and drop it in place.

Expected Result

When an anvil is broken by a drill or pickaxe-wielding deployer the anvil should drop.
