Create 5.1.0b doors on elevators let you phase through them.

I have an elevator in my create 5.1.0b server. I have an elevator in it, with a door on it. When I close the door, I cannot get in from the outside. Walking into the closed door on the inside teleports me just outside the door, 1 block in the air. This also can happen when the elevator is moving, which is a problem.
