"Flood light" block and "Rotating light" block

Describe the Suggestion
This is proposal for two new blocks related to lighting.
Flood light
- Static source of light.
- Illuminates some area in front of it, could be adjusted 45° down / up to change target location.
- Depending on the fuel consumed (if any), area of effect could be increased or decreased. Using amethyst glass / amethyst geode reduces light range to 0.
- Could be dyed.
- Placed on contraptions, does not light up the area in front (to reduce light updates). However appears as a "bright spot" on player's screen, if player is looking toward the flood light. Scenario: placed on a train, during night time the player from afar could see that the train is coming (before crossing rails).
Rotating light
- Static / dynamic source of light.
- Resulting illumination depends on server config / client config / video quality settings / system resources.
a) Source of light that moves in circle around the rotating light
b) 4 static sources of light around the rotating light, being enabled and disabled in cycle.
c) 1 blinking static source of light in the center of the rotating light
d) 1 static source of light in the center of the rotating light - Has animated rotated model.
- could be adjusted 45° down / up.
- Uses rotational force to be rotated.
- Depending on the fuel consumed (if any), area of effect could be increased or decreased. Using amethyst glass / amethyst geode reduces light range to 0.
- Could be dyed.
Idea for the model: See flood light placed on Mine Head from DRG game. They are placed on rotating base.
