I'm getting this issue with the 1.19.2 version with just it in it.

Can u attach the latest.log

If you have any create mod addons, uninstall them and wait until they update too.
If you have flywheel installed, uninstall it since create has it embedded now.
If you have flywheel-oculus compat, make sure flywheel is not installed (because of the previous statement)

Don't use optifine. Use rubidium instead.

I tried using the 1.19.2 version of Create and everything is fine.
Bug with Create for 1.18.2?

Optifine is closed-sourced, and therefore notoriously difficult to ensure compatibility with, unlike rubidium (for forge).
If the issue is with compat with optifine, it is unlikely to be fixed. Try without optifine, and if you need more performance, try using rubidium and other performance enhancing mods.
