As the videos posted on the Create discord under #bug-reports and #feature-friday show, deployers don't have a check in place to make sure crafters don't have blank slots and items at the same time. I'm not sure if this behaviour is intended or not, but it would vastly improve the autocrafting experience if one could simply load their desired items into the crafters and power a whole wall of deployers with blank slots to complete the recipe and start the process.
