Describe the Suggestion

The idea is to make a vacuum out of a nozzle and an encased fan, and some other bits to make the handle, and it would have the same functionality of a regularly placed nozzle and encased fan, only that the player can now hold it.

It would be able to pull items and maybe even mobs of a certain range toward the player, powered by a copper backtank if equipped or durability, it could also have another function as a blowing tool that pushes items and mobs away radially from the user, maybe even carts and cart contraptions too, if given some configurability.

It could potentially even be used by deployers or just place on contraptions to have fan functionality on contraptions, and I think that there is a lot of potential for this.
