Server crash when player joins the game

Describe the Bug
Hello,
whenever a player joins the server it can happen that the server "crashes".
I would say that it has something to do with a Belt. But when I flew to the chunk that player was in when it crashes everything is ok.
And he can join without a problem and play.
Reproduction Steps
- Start Server
- Join Server
- You will see that only 1 chunk is loaded
- You will be kicked
- Server throws an exception
Expected Result
Players can join a usual and play without crashing the server.

oops i had not noticed it was an image and not text. that explains why it didnt match when i searched.
try updating it. supplementaries used to have an issue which supposedly has been fixed
The crash happened yesterday randomly and today after I added another mod (Create: Steam 'n' Rails) and as I was trying stuff I saw that in another crash it mentioned something about the Floodlights from Immersive Engineering.
So removed the last added mod, flew over there removed them and then reinstalled the mod again. And see, it's working again.
Will update supplementaries when I got time. But do you have any references about this issue from supplementaries?
