Describe the Bug
FPS lags, Entity Culling mechanisms and blocks from Create do not work.

I want the mechanisms, blocks, frames, etc. from Create to have the properties NOT LAG and so that they can be hidden if, for example, they are farther than a certain number of blocks from me, as is done in the Entity Culling mod, the fps is just terrible, everything lags, freezes!

This issue is very off-topic and not helpful, please stop making the same general issue multiple times.
If I write /flywheel backend off then the FPS goes back to 1000 when I leave the mechanisms or F3+A
As soon as blocks from Create or mechanisms appear in my field of vision, FPS decreases by 4-5 times.

This won't completely fix the problem, because Create does cause lots of lag, but usually not this much with just that many machines and this good of a computer. This should only be done if you have an AMD graphics card, but it looks like you do according to the spark link you sent, so try running the command /flywheel backend batching and see if that mostly fixes your problem.
Why is this displayed, because it is in my line of sight, it loads FPS if there are a lot of houses with mechanisms around the spawn.

I'm not going to press this keyboard shortcut forever, it's terrible. FPS always slows down
Collected some more information from the players. When there are no mechanisms out of sight, then my FPS on NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1660 SUPER is about 900-1200 FPS, but as soon as I see the mechanisms from Create, the fps drops to 300-400, but this is still under the conditions that there are few of them, but if there are a lot of mechanisms or there are a number of dungeons from IDAS mod, then the FPS drops to 50-140
The problem is that the mechanisms from Create are not culling. And they can be seen at any distance, sometimes F3 + A helps
Please take care of optimizing mechanisms, even if you have to sacrifice animation for their work. Tired of playing in 6 frames.
