Rows of encased chain drive with segment rotated change rotation direction if switched between north-south and east-west orientations

Describe the Bug
Chain drives with one section rotated that transmits power to fan change direction (clockwise/anticlockwise) and subsequentially flip fan pull/push effect when rotated 90 degrees. Same effect if manual rebuild , schematic copy , building gadgets copy. Attached screenshot shows 2 of same setup rotated 90 degrees , creative motors not fiddled with , rotation direction same. Bottom blocks of chain drives columns rotated , fans receive power through them. Gold blocks indicate fans pull of push direction. It changed from rotating structure 90 degrees , not from changing rotation direction on creative engines.
Upd: second screenshot demonstrates same effect for horizontal chain drives. Creative engines do fiddled with , increased rotation to 64 to illustrate fans lifting block of gold or pulling it. Rotation direction of engines not changed.
Reproduction Steps
- Build vertical (upd or horizontal) column of encased chain drives with one section turned and transmitting power to encased fans (that , say , push mobs into grinder)
2.Use that in either
-schematic for schematic cannon
-template of building gadget
-rebuild by hand, in rotated by 90 degree orientation - Now your fan pulling items or mobs instead of pushing them , breaking structure function.
Expected Result
If you build structure with encased fans that receive rotation through encased chain drives where one section of chain drives rotated ; and copy (through schematic , manually or building gadgets) and rotate it 90 degrees then expected result that fans still pull or push as they did originally.
