Started my mod pack and crashed because of something aboyt flywheel

Reproduction Steps

1. Downloaded a bunch of mods for 1.19.2 (screen-shot)
2. Tried to start that MOD profile
3. Insta crashed with the crash log "Mod create requires flywheel 0.6.9 or above, and below 0.6.10"
   ...
