Create mod jar has Flywheel built in on 1.19.2. You don't need to download it manually. Try uninstalling Flywheel from your mods.
If issue still occurs, can you provide full list of mods?

I have same issue, but if i deactivate flywheel a bunch of flywheel dependent mods disable too. Relp.

If you are running the create mod it will include flywheel in the installation. Other mods that require flywheel should work fine without installing flywheel separately

Curseforge doesn't let me disable flywheel only, all flywheel dependencies get disabled too; and reenabling them reenable (or downloads and reenables) flywheel.

have you tried deleting it via the file explorer instead of the app? i was able to delete flywheel this way with no issues
