Describe the Bug

The collision code for contraptions doesn't set crawl mode on rotating objects, which can force the player to stand up and get placed into a block

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a rotating contraption of a 1 by 1 hole. Rotate with a motor at a very slow speed and attempt to crawl through.
2. Player can crawl into 1 by 1 hole, only to immediately stand up and clip into the contraption.

Expected Result

Player stays in crawl mode while going through hole.
