Describe the Bug

When I launch Minecraft it stops loading and simply shows a black screen, I have to force the game to close. Changing forge version has no fixed the issue. I have also tried allocating more memory. I was able to play fine until around a day ago, I have been trying to fix this issue myself and have come here as a last resort.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create Curseforge profile using only the create mod
2. Launch Minecraft
3. Wait for black screen to appear
   ...

Expected Result

A smooth load in to the title screen.

hmm. 7GB is plenty

maybe try the prism launcher and see if it provides more information

Ok i launched the same exact instance and prism launcher reported that i need java 17 instead of 19

indeed :)

Thanks for your help recently reinstalled java must have installed the wrong version :/
