Any blocks mined on an Essential installation (i.e. zinc, scoria, veridium) will not drop their respective items once mined

Reproduction Steps

1.Install essentials mod and create an installation
2.Add Create to installation
3.Once a Create block is mined, no item will be produced
...

The correct item was expected to drop from the respective create block

I've been having the same issue, I have even tried reverting to 0.5.1.c and it still had the same result as 0.5.1.d. I have no solution for this, I am just trying to bring light to this issue.
