Describe the Suggestion

After a recent update, my create flywheel config file was corrupted, and the game would crash on launch. The way I fixed this is I deleted everything in my "config" file and I restarted the game, this fixed the problem, any un-needed config files will not be re-created, and any ones for mods that are currently in use will be re-created. NOTE: This will reset all config options to there defaults, for ALL mods.
