Describe the Bug

Tooltip reads: "Right button to copy settings, Left button to paste settings.", however, the buttons do the opposite.

Reproduction Steps

1. Equip clipboard
2. Hover over observer, threshold switch, etc.
3. Left click to copy, Right click to paste.

Expected Result

Expected result is Right Click to Copy and Left Click to Paste, or the tooltips to be switched.
