Add a new Kinetic Stress generator, the Treadmill

Describe the Suggestion
The Treadmill is an early game alternative to the hand crank for generating rotational power.
It is crafted from a mechanical belt and a carpet, and is placed by attaching it's ends to two shafts at two different heights.
When active, the Treadmill moves players, mobs, and other entities on it downward, at a speed equal to the Treadmill's RPM times 5/128 meters/rotation.
The Rotations Per Minute of the Treadmill is the distance from the lower end of the Treadmill to the feet of whichever entity on it is furthest up.
The Kinetic Stress produced by Treadmill is the sum of the volumes of all of the entities on it, multiplied by the RPM, multiplied by some factor, and rounded to the nearest integer.
If the Kinetic Stress being produced is zero, the Treadmill is not active, does not rotate, and does not move entities.
With the right scale factors, a player sprinting up a Treadmill will convert food to SU at about the same rate as a hand crank.
Tricking mobs into running up a Treadmill is more challenging to accomplish, but more rewarding, and could be fun to look at.
For many types of mob, there could be an Advancement for getting one or more of that mob to run up a Treadmill for several minutes.
Obviously, mobs need to perceive the treadmill as "solid," so they can path find up it.
Whether mobs who are leashed contribute to Stress produced should be configurable.
