compat with security craft

tl:dr; wand of symmetry and blockzapper dont really work well with reinforced block from security craft.

  1. playin in a modpack that has SC and Create, when used together with Wand of Symmetry, some block dont register me as block owner and instead 'owner' as the owner.

  2. blockzapper cant register reinforced block to be used.

SecurityCraft dev here. Just a note for the creators of Create: If Block#onBlockPlacedBy is called by the tool placing SecurityCraft's blocks, our mod will update the ownership of its blocks by itself. These blocks have a tile entity in order to save the owner.

And the game crashes, and dont let you join the world anymore, if you place funnels under security chests
