Drill Error "Unmovable bloc"

Describe the Bug
I wanna use drill but the drill is giving me an error "Unmovable bloc, bloc (could be deepslate or tuff) at location"
Even if the drill is not drilling the current bloc. For example I have this error for a bloc that is 50 blocs under drills.
I tried in my solo world and it's actually working but not on my server (Same settings, same modpacks)
Reproduction Steps
- Well..... Try to drill vertically deepslate or tuff (got the error with those 2 blocs :/

bloc is supposed to get drilled
