Nonconsumable crafting items from Pam's Harvestcraft 2 stop working in basin with mixer after first craft.

Describe the Bug
When crafting something from Pam's Harvestcraft 2 that requires a nonconsumable item and having it taken out of the basin with a brass funnel that has a filter to only take out the result and not the nonconsumable it only crafts once before just stopping completely and acting as if the nonconsumable item is not even in the basin
Reproduction Steps
- Have a working mixer above a basin and filter to have a specific Pam's Harvestcraft 2 item be crafted that requires a nonconsumable in the recipe and have a brass funnel out one of the sides filtered to only take out the result onto a conveyer belt.
- Add the materials for the recipe into the basin and wait for it to finish crafting and the result to leave the basin through the brass funnel.
- Now either drop the items necessary for the recipe into the basin with the nonconsumable that should still be in the basin or have them enter the basin through an andesite funnel with a conveyer
- The mixer will not be able to craft another and you will have to take out the nonconsumable and put it back in before crafting another
Note* If you remove the filter and there are other recipes that can be made with the materials (such as bread with soybeans from Pam's Harvestcraft 2) it will begin crafting that instead.
Expected Result
The expected result is for the nonconsumable to still be usable by the mixer and be able to craft another without having to remove it and put it back in allowing to be able to craft more than 1 without any player interaction as long as there is the necessary materials.

I have the same issue and it's the first machine I've made with Create so I'm a bit clueless and have spent way too long on it :, ). If there is a work around I'm struggling to find it; was there anything extra to do to get that machine functioning with the bug? The funnel filter on the repeated item isn't waiting until the recipe is complete, so I have no idea.
