issues with belts and vaults

Describe the Bug
belts will not move, only the shaft that is being turned actually turns, everything else is still.
vaults arent counting as a source for display links, unsure if thats the actual game or a bug
Reproduction Steps
- put a belt system down
- connect a source of kinetic energy (creative motor, water wheel, etc.)
- watch in glory as the one block of belt with the shaft rotates and nothing else does
- as for the vault thing, connect a display link to a display board and place the link on a vault
- and check the display link to see if the vault is a source or not
Expected Result
the whole belt system moving
the display board showing what is in the vault
