when i launch minecraft with create mod the game crashes to desktop but when i launch without create mod it launches just fine.

Looks like you need to install supermartijn642configlib and change your forge version to an older version...

I fixed the crashing by downgrading ars nouveau to 4.0.2 any newer version of ars will crash for some reason.
