Additional Context
You need to downgrade the offending mods to the version of fml you are using and they will accept. This is telling you to upgrade the fml to the latest language version of MC but most of the mods aren't there yet.
(!) please remove optifine, (2) update minecraft to 1.20.1 (3) update forge to latest for 1.20.1
you don't need to update minecraft to 1.20.1 you need to downgrade forge until it's version starts with a 46.
optifine works on 1.19 for me so it should work for him.
also this error message means that the specified mods are incompatible with forge.
they are playing create 1.20.1 using minecraft 1.20. and optifine really doesnt work for create in 1.20.1
