Describe the Bug
Mod Create with bug, is affecting minecraft items. Some items like the chest, cogwheels, shulkers box and creative engine are being affected.
Reproduction Steps
- Cogwheels, shulkers box, chest, mechanical mixer and others, when placed on the ground, start to glitch as in the screenshot shown above.

no glitches from mod and minecraft items.

PojavLauncher is not supported by create and as said in PojavLauncher's wiki create is not compatible with it.
1.16.5 is not supported anymore.
fyi: you are playing a version of create that will not get any updates. I am not sure what we are looking at, but the glitches you allude to are not ringing a bell. could you list all your mods (with versions)
