Describe the Bug

When you try to farm Mangrove Propagules using Mechanical Harvesters, they don't drop anything. Instead, they plant themselves back and essentially just reset their growth.

Although it's not exactly a bug, as it follows exactly what the harvester is supposed to do, it still feels as an unintended side-result, and I feel like this case should be an exception. Not to mention that planting Mangrove Propagules back is not something that's possible in vanilla.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a contraption that would harvest Mangrove Propagules
2. Turn it on
3. Observe the (non-existant) drops

Expected Result

The Mangrove Propagule would drop instead of replanting itself.
