could you please post the listing of your mods folder (it was supposed to be in the crash report, but wasn't)

why do you have flywheel in your mods folder?

the crash report that you linked still reports flywheel as a problem. maybe upload the new report

Maybe it has something to do with that. On 1.19.2 Create requires version 0.6.9 or above, when the latest available on Curseforge is 0.6.8.a
