Deployer unable to pick up items from basin

Describe the Bug
Deployer is unable to pick up items from basin in create-forge- 0.5.1b, but it works well in create-fabric-0.5.1b
Reproduction Steps
- Place a deployer towards a basin, with some items in the basin
- Operate the deployer in Right Click mode
...
Expected Result
Then you'll find deployer can't pick up items in the basin

Create forge and create fabric are completely separate projects, so I would expect there to be some differences. But yea, I’ll take a look
Might be fixed by #5266
Just found out that deployer can pick items from the top and bottom of basin, but not from the side of basin (in create-forge- 0.5.1b)
